  • Ultrathin layers - Thin layers- Multi-layered media, Nanoparticles (M, MO x , SCs, C 60 , SWNT,…) in special glass and polymer matrices. Plasmon resonance, Redox, charge transfer, dielectric environment manipulation
  • Molecular Receptors - media and interfaces:
  • Selective reversible agent adsorption, sensitisation, dielectric changes
  • Optical interrogation methods:
  • Interface processing, interferometric and diffractive effects
  • Integration of prototype devices
  • System integration and Environmental testing
